Two steps away the ‘L’Hostellerie des Châteaux’ and within a few kilometres of the accommodation you can:
Follow the trails leading to the cross at ‘La Pointe des Châteaux.’ This is the most visited sight on Grande Terre due to its impressive panoramic views of the neighbouring islands and protected nature reserve.

But you can also make the most of the numerous dreamy beaches and dive spots:

a five-minute walk away, following the trail, which runs next to ‘L’Hostellerie’, is ‘L’Anse Tarare.’ A naturist beach, which welcomes everybody.
- in the direction ‘La Pointe des Châteaux’ cross is Grand Salines beach, a long stretch of beautiful white sand.
- towards Saint-François is ‘L’Anse à la Gourde,’ a large beach which is sheltered by a coral barrier reef.
-on the road leading up to ‘L’Hostellerie’ there are several small paths which lead you through the trees to small, untouched beaches.
